P. Vincent LoVoi, Chair, is managing partner of Mimosa Tree Capital Partners, LLC in Tulsa. Vince previously was a managing partner of the European Union policy practice at Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in Brussels. He has also worked for Oklahoma Congressman Mike Synar and the Warner-Lambert Company. He completed his undergraduate education at Notre Dame University and received his law degree from George Washington University.

Nancy Robertson, Secretary, is a resident of Oklahoma City. Nancy is the Senior Vice-President for Franchise HR Development at Sonic, America's Drive-In. Previously, she served as Senior Vice President-People and Communications for Sonic. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oklahoma State University and a Masters in Business Administration from Oklahoma City University. 

Don Millican, Treasurer, is a resident of Tulsa. Don is the Chief Financial Officer for Kaiser Francis Oil Company and is Chair of the Oklahoma Christian University Board of Trustees.  Don retired in 2003 as a partner with the accounting firm Ernst and Young.

Steve Burrage, a resident of Antlers, is Chairman of the Board of First Bank of Antlers, where has previously served as President and CEO.  He was appointed State Auditor and Inspector in 2008 by Governor Brad Henry and served in that position until 2011. After earning a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Oklahoma, Steve began his professional career as a Partner in the C.P.A. firm of Burgess and Burrage from 1977 to 1982.

Nance Diamond, a resident of Shawnee, is a current member of the Board and a past-President of the Oklahoma Arts Institute. Nance started the Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) program in Shawnee and helped establish and became the first fulltime Executive Director for the Oklahoma CASA program. She also previously served as the Director of the Oklahoma Community Institute. Nance was the Democratic nominee for Lieutenant-Governor in 1994.

Albert C. “Kell” Kelly, a resident of Bristow, is Chief Executive Officer and President of SpiritBank. Kell is the past Chairman of the Oklahoma Bankers Association and recently completed an 8-year term as Vice Chairman of the Oklahoma Transportation Authority. Kell completed both his undergraduate and law degrees at the University of Oklahoma, and practiced law prior to his career in banking. He serves on numerous other boards and commissions.

Susan Neal, a resident of Tulsa, is Associate Vice President and Director of Government and Community Relations at the University of Tulsa.  Susan has 30 years of experience in Oklahoma and Washington working with government at federal, state and municipal levels, along with extensive experience in the private and non-profit sectors. She earned her bachelor's degree in political science from Oklahoma State University.
